As an Oracle OTM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in Oracle OTM implementations and support projects. Your key responsibilities will include configuring and customizing OTM modules according to client business requirements, analyzing and optimizing transportation and logistics processes, designing end-to-end OTM solutions with integrations to ERP, WMS, and TMS systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions. Additionally, you will lead or support cloud migration projects, conduct user training, support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases, provide advanced troubleshooting for complex issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and industry best practices. To excel in this role, you must possess proven expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), strong techno-functional knowledge for configuration, customization, and development, experience in integrating OTM with ERP, WMS, or TMS platforms, and a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. You should also have the ability to design scalable and efficient OTM solutions, hands-on experience in documentation, user training, and solution presentations, and knowledge of cloud migration strategies and tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills are essential for success in this position. Preferred qualifications for this role include Oracle OTM Cloud certification, prior experience in global implementation projects, and familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.,

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Lead end-to-end WMS implementation projects, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
