Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

2-4 years experience in IT with 1+years in BI Reporting using Oracle Analytics Server and Power BI.
Provide **L2 support*for **Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)*and Power BI based reports.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in **dashboards, reports, data models, and ETL workflows**.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement fixes/enhancements.
Perform upgrades, and patches for OAS environments.
Ensure data integrity and security compliance in BI solutions.
Document support processes, solutions, and best practices.
Work with cross functional teams (DBAs, ETL Developers, Business Analysts) to resolve issues.
Excellent understanding of the SDLC, ITSM / ITIL processes and procedures.
Experience working on SRs and CRs, upgrades and automations.
Good conceptual knowledge on data-warehouse, SQL writing skills for Teradata and OAS & Power BI for reporting.
Efficient in handling communication with the customer, both written and verbal. Good analytical, trouble shooting and presentation skills.
Should be able to work in EST hours

Certification in Oracle Analytics Server and Power BI
