Job Description

You should have a successful track record working with the Oracle Fusion / Cloud HCM application suite and technology, ideally with Oracle Cloud apps. You must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Your role will involve working with clients to understand and document requirements, as well as mapping requirements to standard Oracle Application functionality. You will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows. Prior experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation consulting is required, particularly in implementing Cloud Time and Labor. You will be performing remote functional Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for clients and configuring and unit testing the Time and Labor module based on customer requirements.,
