Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for participating in end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects and customizing Oracle Fusion HCM modules to align with client requirements. Utilizing tools like HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data migration, HCM Extracts for reporting, and creating BIP (BI Publisher) reports and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) dashboards will be a significant part of your role. Your role will involve effective communication with clients to gather requirements, conduct meetings and presentations to discuss project progress, and provide training on Oracle HCM functionalities. Identifying and resolving technical issues, maintaining project milestones, and collaborating with team members are essential for successful project delivery. In terms of technical skills, you should be proficient in developing and managing Fast Formulas in Oracle Fusion HCM, experienced with tools like HDL for data management, HCM Extracts for reporting, and creating BIP reports and OTBI dashboards. A minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects experience is required, along with strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
