Experience with HCM and UK payroll processes ·
Familiar with the UK regulatory and statutory requirement for HCM ·
5-7 years with hands-on in testing Oracle Cloud HCM with experience in Core HCM, Absence, Benefits & Payroll modules ·
Good communications skills ·
Agile experience ·
Expert selenium knowledge to be able to write and run scripts ·
Experience working on multiple applications at one time · Experience as a lead or working independently ·
Experience building out regression suites ·
Experience in test management tools like HP ALM , Jira
