Contract

Travel: Yes, on milestone basis

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Learning.
Gather and analyze business requirements to design Oracle HCM solutions.
Configure Oracle HCM Fusion applications according to business needs.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business processes into system design.
Assist with data migration, integration, and testing activities.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications post-implementation.
Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates, patches, and new features.
Coordinate with Oracle support and other third-party vendors when required.
Document functional specifications, business process flows, and technical designs.

Skills Required

Must Have: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL, Compensation

Good to Have: Talent, Learning, ORC

Location - Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Remote.
