Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant

As an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant, your role will involve leading the technology-driven transformation of our Client's HR systems. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR technology solutions, primarily focusing on Oracle HCM Fusion. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless integration, efficiency, and compliance in HR technology operations. - Lead configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Fusion to align with business needs. - Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for optimal system performance. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define system requirements and enhance user experience. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. - Provide technical guidance and support to HR teams on system functionalities, troubleshooting, and reporting. - Design and develop HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for data-driven decision-making. - Work closely with vendors and third-party service providers to optimize system performance and resolve issues. - Lead change management initiatives related to HR technology adoption and upgrades. - Train and upskill HR and IT teams on system capabilities and best practices. Qualifications & Experience: - 7-8 years of experience in HR IT systems, focusing on Oracle HCM Fusion implementation and support. - Proficiency in system configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within Oracle HCM Fusion. - Knowledge of integrations (APIs, middleware, data migration tools) between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems. - Strong project management skills for handling multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field; Oracle HCM Fusion certifications are advantageous.
