Your role, your impact

As an Oracle HCM Functional Lead - Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), you ll be responsible for delivering high-quality functional solutions that power end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes. You ll collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional IT teams to design, configure, and optimize ORC capabilities that directly enhance recruiter productivity and the candidate experience.

You ll work across a wide landscape of Oracle HCM Cloud tools, including ORC, Core HR, Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, workflows, and data objects, while ensuring alignment with business needs and global HR standards. Your contributions will help streamline hiring journeys, strengthen compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives that elevate the global recruitment ecosystem.


  • Bachelor s degree in any discipline with strong functional and analytical capabilities;

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a deep specialization in ORC;

  • Proven hands-on experience configuring requisitions, recruiting processes, offers, journeys, and workflow approvals;

  • Strong expertise in Fast Formulas, HSDL, HDL, and ORC data objects;

  • Deep functional understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and Oracle Fusion Core HR;

  • Ability to identify configuration gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend best-practice solutions;

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills;

  • Ability to work independently while driving collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients;

  • Analytical skills, detail-oriented, and passionate about building scalable, user-friendly recruitment solutions in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience working with recruiting-related vendors such as background check providers, job boards, or career-site platforms;

  • Exposure to related Fusion modules such as Core HR, Onboarding, or Talent Management;

  • Experience in client-facing roles, conducting requirement workshops, user training, and solution demos;

  • Previous involvement in large-scale global ORC rollouts or multi-country implementations.

  • Configure and maintain ORC components including requisitions, recruiting processes, offers, journeys, and workflow approvals;

  • Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition requirements by designing best-practice functional solutions;

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and translate business needs into scalable configurations;

  • Troubleshoot ORC and Core HR issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions;

  • Build and maintain Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL templates, and ORC data mappings;

  • Document configurations, functional designs, test scripts, and solution approaches;

  • Collaborate with global HR and IT teams during enhancement cycles, new feature rollouts, and quarterly releases;

  • Support user training, UAT cycles, production validation, and adoption of new/updated features;

  • Maintain internal knowledge resources and ensure alignment with HR technology standards.
