Oracle HCM Functional consultant

As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant, your role will involve implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Your deep understanding of HR processes will be crucial in translating business requirements into effective system solutions. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM - Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document the configurations - Work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions - Lead RFP responses and collaborate with sales and technical teams for comprehensive submissions - Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit/gaps, providing solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules - Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight the value and address client inquiries - Collaborate with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions - Test and validate technical components, resolving issues as needed - Support clients during test phases and resolve implementation-related issues - Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions - Lead demos and discussions with onshore teams and clients - Ensure client satisfaction through effective collaboration with offshore and onshore teams Additionally, your qualifications should include: - Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience for Global Human Resources - Acting as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through design and implementation of HCM modules - Conducting client workshops, configuration, and training sessions - Experience in creating workflows, security, and OTBI reports - Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills - Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams This role requires someone with a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM and the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementations and client satisfaction.,
