Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Payroll

As a member of Conneqtion Group, you will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge digital solutions in ERP, AI & Analytics for businesses across EMEA, APAC, and NA. Your main focus will be on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) & Oracle SaaS Implementation, with a specialization in Oracle technologies. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver innovative transformations using the OUM methodology. Key Responsibilities: - Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, such as security, roles, and workflows. - Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM implementation and support projects. - Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and end-to-end HR business flows. - Configure solutions based on client requirements and conduct workshops. - Collaborate with integration teams to build, configure, and test integrations between HCM and third-party/custom solutions. - Proficiency in HCM security components and data loads using HDL, custom report testing, Fast Formulas, and OTBI reporting tool. - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and security model, including user roles and permissions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.,
