Oracle Fusion Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver an onsite/Hybrid

  Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program

  .
• Conduct

  end-user functional trainings

  across multiple batches through a

  hybrid model

  (80% online, 20% classroom).
• Develop comprehensive

  training materials, SOPs, user manuals, and process documentation

  in alignment with PwC’s Oracle Fusion implementation framework.
• Partner closely with the

  PwC implementation team

  and internal business leads and users to ensure training reflects actual configured business processes.
• Conduct

  knowledge assessments, feedback sessions

  , and provide post-training support.
• Tailor training sessions to match participant skill levels and functional roles.
• Ensure consistency and quality of delivery across all batches and modules.

Qualifications:

• Minimum

  10+ years of functional experience

  in

  Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP

  .
• Minimum

  5 years of experience in conducting functional or end-user training programs

  .
• Proven expertise in

  at least two or more

  of the following modules: Finance, SCM, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, LCM etc.
• Demonstrated understanding of

  Oracle-certified implementation methodologies.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills—both in-person and virtual.
• Ability to

  translate complex ERP workflows

  into clear, user-friendly training sessions.
• Skilled in preparing

  training content, assessments, and performance evaluation tools.
