Job Description

As an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain-Planning functional expert, your role will involve working directly with Business Users to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the production environment. You will be required to gather and analyze business requirements, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and actively participate in preparing various project documents such as Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, and Training materials. Your responsibilities will also include explaining business requirements to other team members, writing functional configuration documents, creating and executing test scenarios, and working with large customers involving integrations. Additionally, you should be a quick learner, able to pick up new skills, possess customer-facing skills, and have the ability to lead. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with Business Users as an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain-Planning functional expert - Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the production environment - Gather and analyze business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis - Actively participate in preparing various project documents - Explain business requirements to other team members - Write functional configuration documents - Create and execute test scenarios in various test environments - Work with large customers involving integrations - Quick learner and able to pick up new skills - Possess customer-facing skills and ability to lead Qualification Required: - Candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain functional roles with hands-on knowledge on at least 2 or more of the following modules: - Planning: Demand Management, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Collaboration - Manufacturing: Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Work Order Processing and Routing - Maintenance: Enterprise Asset Management, Maintenance Work Execution, Spares and Service Procurement - Core Supply Chain Areas: Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Order Management, Supplier Portal, Supplier Lifecycle Management Additional Expectations: Candidates must possess a positive attitude and a learning mindset to pick up modules beyond their current expertise. You are expected to work in a support model and adhere to Oracle's quality standards.,
