About the Role:

You will be part of the ERP support team responsible for second- and third-line functional support, managing incidents, change inputs, and release controls on Oracle Fusion platforms. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless resolution and delivery of ERP solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Projects/PPM, OTL.

Own and resolve incidents within SLA; escalate where necessary

Coordinate with audit teams and ensure regulatory compliance

Contribute to enhancement programs and ongoing ERP projects

You Should Have:

5+years of overall ERP experience, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Projects, PPM, OTL.

Techno-functional understanding with exposure to SQL, BI Publisher, AME, etc.

Good understanding of ITIL practices (certification preferred)

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with ServiceNow or HP ALM

Background in the Oil & Gas or project-based industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹476,881.74 - ₹1,539,387.56 per year
