Job Description

Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support
Oracle Fusion Payroll
for NA and global regions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Work on payroll flows, costing, fast formulas, validation rules, and month-end activities.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT).
Provide functional guidance, documentation, and user training.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years
of experience as Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of
North American Payroll
(US/Canada) and
Global Payroll
.
Hands-on experience with payroll configuration, elements, balances, fast formulas, and reports.
Knowledge of Core HR, Time & Labor, and overall HCM business processes.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
