Position Overview :

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR /Absence / Payroll / Compensation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM).

Key Role and Responsibility

• Should have a total of at least 7+ years in Oracle Core HCM implementation and support.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle Core HR modules.
• Configure and customize the Oracle Core HR module to meet client-specific needs, including organization structure setup, position management, employee data management, and other HR processes.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Core HCM modules, including resolving configuration errors, data discrepancies, and user inquiries.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM releases, patches, and updates, and assess their applicability to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, design solutions, and implement.

• Should be an expert in at least two modules in Oracle HCM Cloud with Core HR as one mandate module.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
