Job Title: Technical Team LeadLocation: AT&T IND Karnataka BENGALURUYears of Experience: 7 10 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience specifically in Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The candidate should have successfully completed a minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly focusing on Core HR and Benefits modules. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM applications.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and implementation.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful project execution.Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Fusion HCM and related technologies.Mandatory Skills:Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM applications.Proven experience in Core HR and Benefits modules of Oracle Fusion HCM.Experience in at least 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Strong leadership and team management skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Preferred Skills:Experience with other Oracle Cloud applications.Knowledge of integration tools and techniques related to Oracle Fusion HCM.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM or related fields.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7 10 years of total experience in IT, with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM.5+ years of hands on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM applications.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in Oracle Fusion HCM, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team.
