Job Description

You should have experience as a Functional Consultant in implementing multiple Oracle Fusion projects with an overall ERP experience ranging from 2 to 12 years. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements by conducting a detailed study of existing systems and processes. You will be mapping business requirements to module capabilities, identifying gaps, and proposing functional and technical workarounds to address these gaps. It is essential to ensure that functional designs are delivered at high quality and configure modules based on agreed functional designs. You must possess an excellent understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies such as AIM, OUM, and business flows. Conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRP) to demonstrate software and processes using realistic business scenarios with representative customer data will be part of your role. Designing a data conversion strategy and having a good knowledge of writing basic SQL and using tools like SQL Developer, Toad, Putty, version control systems are crucial for this position. Additionally, a good understanding of finance and accounting procedures is required.,
