Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

As a Financial Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations and migrations. - Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. - Preparing functional design documents using AIM/OUM or other prescribed methodologies. - Conducting Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap Analysis, User Training, and Testing sessions. - Supporting business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT phases. - Developing and executing test scripts to ensure quality deliverables. - Collaborating with technical teams for integrations and customizations. - Providing ongoing support and enhancements post go-live. **Qualifications Required:** - Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM. - Configuration, customization, and integration experience. - Proficiency in Oracle tools such as Application Composer, OTBI, Oracle Financial Reporting Studio. - Experience in functional requirement analysis and solution design. - Domain expertise in the finance industry. If you possess Oracle R12 experience or functional knowledge of core Oracle EBS modules, it will be considered an added advantage. Additionally, soft skills such as strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and team leadership are essential for this role.
