Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects, overseeing

  Solution Design

  and

  Project Management

  .
• Deliver end-to-end transformation, including

  Data Migration Strategy design & execution

  and

  Change Management

  .
• Conduct

  To-Be Process Design

  ,

  Fit-Gap Analysis

  , and

  RICEFW Management

  for key finance modules.
• Provide support for

  Integration Testing

  and

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  .
• Actively manage and mentor a team of resources and ensure excellent client engagement.
• Contribute to

  pre-sales and sales activities

  as a subject matter expert (SME).

Experience & Skills:

• 15-16 Years

  of experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion environments.
• Must have delivered

  2-3 implementations of Oracle EBS

  and

  1-2 implementations of Oracle Fusion

  .
• Required experience in at least one of the

  Oracle Fusion Finance modules

  .
• Proven experience in

  Solution Design

  ,

  Data Migration

  ,

  Integration

  , and

  Change Management

  .
• Strong background in

  RICEFW Management

  and process design.

• Excellent team management and client engagement skills

  are essential.
• Prior experience in a consulting firm or

  pre-sales/sales activities

  is a significant plus.
