As a Manager with expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, you will play a crucial role in delivering Oracle EPM implementation projects to clients. Your responsibilities include: - Acting as a techno-functional solution architect for Oracle EPM implementation projects. - Operating across project phases including gathering business requirements, design, development, testing, training, deployment, and post go-live support. - Having a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to learn new technologies for client requirements. - Ensuring the quality, correctness, and completeness of project deliverables while adhering to consulting standards. - Collaborating and communicating effectively with onshore and client stakeholders. - Leading a small team of developers and building high-performing teams. - Being willing to travel onsite based on project requirements. - Demonstrating good written/verbal communication, presentation, and interactive skills. Qualifications required for this role: - 3 years of relevant experience in EPM implementation modules with 2 completed projects in Oracle EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, EPCM, PCMCS, or TRCS/NR. - Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud functionality such as data management, security, reporting, metadata, forms, task manager, task lists, smart lists, workflows, EPMAutomate, etc. - Proficiency in designing and implementing EPM data integration solutions. - Good understanding of financial statements, financial close, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Ideal qualifications include exposure to key EPM technologies like OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan, Blackline, and On-Premises Hyperion Suite, Essbase 21c, OAC. Additionally, having a strong functional understanding of FP&A processes, accounting standards, and reporting requirements of a typical CFO function is beneficial. Diverse experience across sectors, regions, and clients, along with a proven track record of demonstrating end-to-end accountability and exceeding customer expectations, are preferred. MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications are a plus.
