Job Description

Job Summary:

Technical Manager with strong expertise in Oracle ERP(EBS/Fusion)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the technical delivery of Oracle EBS/Fusion projects.
Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Oversee customizations, extensions, interfaces, reports (CEMLI components).
Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams.
Drive performance improvements, scalability, and code quality.
Ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
Handle client communication, status updates, and risk management.
Participate in solution architecture, design, and review.

Technical Skills:

10+ years of Oracle ERP Technical experience( EBS or Fusion)
Expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (AR, AP, GL) & SCM(OM, PO, INV). HCM is good to have.
Very good understanding of O2C and P2P flows
Strong understanding of backend tables and their relationships
Strong in AOL concepts & debugging skills
Strong in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Workflow or OIC,
Hands-on experience with RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
Knowledge of Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and SQL performance tuning
Handling of code repositories and Code migration tools

Managerial Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Technical Lead/Managerial role.
Minimum 1 End-to-End Implementation
Proven experience in leading teams and delivering Oracle ERP projects.
Strong project management skills Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and offshore coordination.
