Job Title: Oracle Jet Developer Location : Chennai Experience : 5+ Years Employment Type : Full-Time Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle JET Developer with 5+ years of frontend development experience, including strong hands-on expertise in Oracle JET (JavaScript Extension Toolkit) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building rich, responsive, and enterprise-grade web applications that integrate with Oracle Fusion Cloud and other Oracle technologies, while also utilizing SQL and PL/SQL for backend integration and data manipulation. Key Responsibilities : Design and develop enterprise web applications using Oracle JET , focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience. Create reusable UI components using Knockout.js , RequireJS , and JET bindings . Integrate with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) systems via REST APIs . Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting from Oracle databases . Develop complex PL/SQL procedures , functions , and packages to manage business logic and backend operations. Work closely with backend teams and Oracle Cloud functional consultants to design and deliver integrated solutions. Apply Oracle UX design patterns and ensure consistency with Oracle standards. Debug and resolve issues across development and production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like VB Studio , Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , and Oracle VBCS when necessary. Maintain documentation for technical workflows, system integrations, and SQL/PLSQL logic. Required Skills : 5+ years of experience in Oracle JET . Strong expertise in JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and AJAX . Solid understanding of Oracle JET architecture , components, and best practices. Proven experience working with RESTful APIs , especially from Oracle Fusion Applications . Hands-on knowledge of Knockout.js , RequireJS , and JET bindings . Proficiency in SQL (data extraction, joins, subqueries, optimization) and PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, packages). Good understanding of integrating with Oracle SaaS platforms (ERP, HCM, SCM). Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile development processes . Preferred/Good to Have : Experience with Oracle VBCS , VB Studio , or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Exposure to Oracle APEX or other Oracle PaaS tools. Knowledge of Fusion Cloud data models or Oracle SaaS security . Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
