Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite development, customizations, and RICEFW components. The right candidate should be capable of leading technical teams, managing complex solution delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technical functions.

Required Technical Skills

Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Technical developmentExpertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, WorkflowStrong experience with RICEFW componentsProven experience in Integrations, Extensions, Interfaces & ConversionsAbility to perform Performance Tuning, Code Optimization & TroubleshootingExposure to SCM and/or Finance modules (Highly preferred)Leadership ResponsibilitiesLead and manage development teams and project deliverablesCoordinate with cross-functional teams including offshore/onshore groupsProvide accurate estimations, planning, and task assignmentsEnsure adherence to best practices and high coding standardsSupport escalated production issues and guide resolutionMentor junior technical team membersGood to HaveExperience in OAF / OIC / Fusion TechnicalAgile / Scrum methodology experienceResume SubmissionInterested candidates must share the following details:Updated ResumeCurrent CTCExpected CTCNotice PeriodTotal & Relevant Years of ExperienceCurrent LocationSend profiles to: info@tspaus.com
