Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite development, customizations, and RICEFW components
The right candidate should be capable of leading technical teams, managing complex solution delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technical functions

Required Technical Skills

Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Technical development
Expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow
Strong experience with RICEFW components
Proven experience in Integrations, Extensions, Interfaces & Conversions
Ability to perform Performance Tuning, Code Optimization & Troubleshooting
Exposure to SCM and/or Finance modules (Highly preferred)

Leadership Responsibilities

Lead and manage development teams and project deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including offshore/onshore groups
Provide accurate estimations, planning, and task assignments
Ensure adherence to best practices and high coding standards
Support escalated production issues and guide resolution
Mentor junior technical team members

Good to Have

Experience in OAF / OIC / Fusion Technical
Agile / Scrum methodology experience
