Oracle EBS Senior Project Manager

Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing Oracle EBS implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion. Your strong project management background and extensive experience with Oracle EBS will be crucial for the role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Oracle EBS implementation projects, overseeing project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. - Identify and address project risks and issues proactively. - Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders. - Manage project resources, internal teams, and external vendors effectively. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. - Facilitate project meetings and workshops to drive project progress. - Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. Qualifications: - Degree in computer science/ IT/ electronics/ electrical engineering from a recognized university - Post graduation (MBA/ PGDBM) - Minimum 15 years of total work experience with at least 10 years in Oracle ERP (EBS Suite) / EBS implementations. - Experience as a Project Manager for at least Two large projects of System Integration (More than INR 20 Cr. or 80% of the estimated project cost) with Central / State Govt. / Private Organizations in Power Sector. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules and functionalities. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. - Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills: - Experience in Data Digitization process and Infrastructure implementation. - Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with change management and business process reengineering.,
