Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases (including upgrades and patching).
Monitor database performance and implement tuning to ensure efficient operation.
Manage database security, user roles, and permissions.
Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
Automate routine database tasks and maintenance using scripts and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve database issues and outages.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize database interactions.
Plan and implement database capacity, growth, and scalability.
Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Maintain documentation of database configurations, processes, and policies.
Support database replication, clustering (RAC), and high availability solutions.
Participate in database design and architecture reviews
