Oracle CPQ Implementation Specialist

As a Lead Oracle CPQ Cloud Implementation Manager, your role involves overseeing and driving end-to-end projects related to Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation. You will be responsible for conducting advanced workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable solution designs. Your key responsibilities include: - Architecting and developing complex product configuration models, pricing engines, discount logic, approval workflows, and proposal generation using CPQ tools. - Managing and customizing dynamic document templates using Document Designer or Doc Engine. - Designing and implementing robust integrations between Oracle CPQ and systems such as CRM, ERP, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle PIM, etc., utilizing SOAP, REST, XML, BML, CCS, and scripting languages. - Taking ownership of unit testing, system integration, and UAT processes, optimizing CPQ performance, and resolving advanced technical issues. - Mentoring junior team members and contributing to CPQ best practices, internal methodologies, and documentation. - Participating in pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and proposal development as required. Your qualifications should include: - Proven experience in leading and managing Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation projects. - Strong expertise in architecting and developing complex product configuration models and pricing engines. - Proficiency in customizing dynamic document templates using Document Designer or Doc Engine. - Experience in integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM, ERP, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle PIM, etc., using various technologies and scripting languages. - Ability to conduct workshops with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize CPQ performance and resolve technical issues. - Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to best practices and documentation.
