Oracle CPQ Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complete Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation projects.
• Conduct advanced workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and define scalable solution designs.
• Architect and develop complex product configuration models, pricing engines, discount logic, approval workflows, and proposal generation using CPQ tools.
• Customize and manage dynamic document templates using Document Designer or Doc Engine.
• Architect and execute robust integrations between Oracle CPQ and other systems (CRM, ERP, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle PIM, etc.) using SOAP/REST/XML/BML/CCS and scripting languages.
• Oversee unit testing, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Optimize CPQ performance and resolve advanced technical issues.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to CPQ best practices, methodologies, and documentation.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and proposal development as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation and support.

• Proven experience in CPQ architecture, configuration, and integration.
• Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and sales automation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
