Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Technical (VBCS + OIC)

• Design, develop, and deliver custom applications and pages using

  Oracle VBCS

  .
• Build PaaS-based solutions with

  2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle VBCS

  .
• Develop and support

  OIC integrations

  (minimum 6 years of relevant experience).
• Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party systems using

  OIC

  .
• Work on inbound & outbound integrations, leveraging

  OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas

  .
• Develop reports using

  BI Publisher

  .

Oracle HCM Functional

• Act as

  SME

  in one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules:
• Payroll
• Benefits
• Time & Absence
• Talent & Learn
• Drive

  end-to-end implementations

  including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Conduct workshops, map business processes, and define

  as-is and to-be processes

  .
• Design complex enhancements, reports, and interfaces in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Create/review functional design specification documents and validate technical build.
• Configure scenarios in relevant HCM modules to meet business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years

  of overall experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (technical and/or functional).
• Minimum

  2+ years of VBCS

  experience in building PaaS solutions and custom UIs.
• Minimum

  6+ years of OIC

  experience including HCM Cloud integrations.
• Strong knowledge of

  HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas

  .
• Hands-on implementation experience in at least one full Oracle HCM Cloud project.
• In-depth understanding of

  Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, Talent & Learn

  modules.
• Strong ability to work independently as an

  individual contributor

  .
• Excellent communication skills with experience in

  requirement workshops & client interaction

  .

Good to Have

• Experience with

  large-scale HCM Cloud implementation projects

  .
• Exposure to

  cross-functional Oracle HCM Cloud processes

  .
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
