Oracle Cloud PLM Solution Architect

Peloton, a rapidly growing professional services firm specializing in Integrated Cloud Solutions, is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM Solution Architect to join their high-performing and expanding team. **Role Overview:** As an Oracle Cloud PLM Solution Architect at Peloton, you will be responsible for leading and working as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Your primary focus will be on developing an understanding of clients" current state processes, recommending roadmaps for performance improvement, and hands-on configuration of solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop an understanding of clients" current state process and provide recommendations for future state improvements. - Recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps and develop high-level implementation plans. - Gather and analyze business requirements, aligning them with best practices to implement technical solutions. - Hands-on configuration of solutions with the ability to support junior team members. - Define and refine business processes, contribute to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes. **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years of experience working on Oracle PLM and SCM projects, with at least 2-3 Cloud Implementations as a Solution Architect. - Functional Subject Matter Expertise and Team Leadership in Concept-to-Design and Ideation-to-Commercialization business processes. - Experience with Oracle Agile, Safety Chain Software, Workflow setup in PLM, and Oracle Cloud 3PL integration with third party systems. - Proficiency in PLM Oracle Cloud Ideation-to-Commercialization design, build, and implementation. - Experience with modules such as Ideation, Innovation Management, Product Development, Product Quality Management, and Master Data Management. - Experience working with clients in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
