Roles and Responsibilities :
- To provide Oracle Integration Cloud services by playing the role of an SME, offer technical advice and support to businesses about technology that can perform critical tasks and processes with regards to client s business.
- Understand clients existing process, identify technical gaps, advise on options, risks, and impact.
- Validate configuration, data, testing scenarios, contribute to test scripts and execution of scripts.
- Manages scope and client expectations on projects effectively, multiple deadlines, crisis etc.,
- Interact with project team members and stake holders at all stages of the projects.
- Provide timely, clear, concise status updates, reports, timely risk mitigation.
- Take ownership of the assignments given and customer issues, timely follow-ups, and escalation.
- Should be able work independently or as a team and mentor junior resources in the team.
- Has the ability to lead a team, delegate, think ahead and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Willingness to learn, Knowledge sharing and document the learnings.
Required Skills (Must Have) :
- Oracle PaaS Technical 2+ years of experience in PaaS integration/ extension development OIC(Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS(Visual Builder Cloud Service), PCS(process Cloud Service). Deliver innovative integration solutions using Oracle s PaaS offerings and maintain or enhance the existing integration solution. Either Oracle Cloud HCM or ERP Project experience preferred.
- Must have good knowledge on Postman/SOAP UI to test APIs before using them. Must have built integrations directly from Oracle HCM or through OIC. Integration using Rest API, ATOM feeds.
- Should be Capable of Performing integrations between Cloud and Third-party applications both inbound and outbound- File based, webservice and XML based. Knowledge on XSLT /WSDL /SOAP /REST is added advantage. Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, Cloud adapters, on-prem adapters, connections, SaaS applications in the solution.
- Experience in performance tuning, testing and diagnosis of OIC integrations.
- Candidate must know how to manage and migrate integration between multiple environments.
- Must have strong SQL knowledge to bring business process appropriate.
- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills. Mentor team and help them solving problem at the right time.
- Must have strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude. Ability of handling more than 1 project at the same time.
Preferred Skills (Nice to have) :
- Applicants must have experience as an integral team member on at least 2 full lifecycle implementations with Oracle Fusion HCM in a technical role.
- At least 2 years of in-depth experience in Enterprise technical project.
- Should have worked in any Cloud applications like HCM Cloud or ERP.
- ERP Module knowledge, mainly for Account Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP) modules and integrated with OIC.
