As our Oracle Cloud HCM Lead, you will play a pivotal role as the subject matter expert, leading the delivery of end-to-end solutions that meet business needs. You ll be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and providing functional guidance to ensure the seamless operation and success of our Oracle Cloud HCM system.

Job Duties:


  • Serve as the Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert, offering best-practice guidance on HCM business processes and solutions

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed requirements

  • Analyze business needs and develop efficient, effective configuration solutions that align with requirements

  • Lead the design and development of configurations, ensuring thorough testing of system changes for optimal performance

  • Provide valuable input to the Project Manager to ensure the creation of a comprehensive and effective project plan

  • Lead the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex technical issues and challenges

  • Document and track customer product enhancement requests and any identified bugs, ensuring timely follow-up

  • Partner closely with the Applications Support team to ensure seamless post-implementation handoff and provide consultation on complex production issues

  • Create and maintain comprehensive system and application documentation, including requirements, processes, and procedures

  • Review monthly and quarterly release notes, performing regression testing to evaluate the impact of new releases on existing configurations

  • Take on the role of technical lead or project manager for key initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery


You Must Have


  • 8+ years working in technology field and relevant experience in system design and development

  • 8+ years of hands-on configuration implementation experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on the Core HR module and Learning

  • 8+ years of Business Process Knowledge Understanding of HR business processes (hire-to-retire, talent management, benefits enrollment, etc.).

  • 8+ years of Requirements Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis Ability to engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations.

  • 8+ years of Proficiency in creating configuration workbooks, design documents, and training materials.

  • Oracle Implementation Certification in the Core HR and/or Learning modules

  • Experience in implementing or supporting other Oracle HCM modules

  • Proficiency in SQL and report building using Oracle BI

  • Strong eagerness to learn, with a keen eye for detail

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with team members and business stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts
