Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Role Overview: You should have 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional. It is mandatory to have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent management, Absence management, Time & Labour/OTL, or Benefits modules. You must be capable of writing eligibility Fastformulas and creating BI reports. Your responsibilities will include system configuration, implementation, and support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also required. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
