Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, such as Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, and Total Compensation Statements. Your role will involve providing functional support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and designing scalable solutions aligned with global compensation policies and business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules, including Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, and Total Compensation Statements. - Provide functional support and best practice guidance for compensation-related modules. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compensation modules with Performance Management. - Design and deliver scalable solutions that align with global compensation policies and business requirements. - Create functional documentation including configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials. - Work with technical teams to support integrations and data migration related to compensation. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a primary focus on Compensation modules. - Proven hands-on experience in configuring Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, and Total Compensation Statements. - Strong understanding of the Performance Management module and its interaction with Compensation. - In-depth knowledge of global compensation processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.,
