Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining Infovity as an Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Consultant, leveraging your 10+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud. Your main responsibilities will include leading cross-functional discussions with client business users, analyzing requirements, recommending solutions, and documenting gap analysis against standard Oracle functional flows. Throughout the implementation lifecycle, you will configure, test, demonstrate, and educate end users on the final solution. Key Responsibilities: - Have a clear understanding of the implementation life cycle using Oracle Cloud - Gather and document business requirements through client interviews and research - Collaborate with clients to develop and document business solutions, ensuring requirements are met - Create design and configuration documentation for the modules being implemented - Configure Oracle Cloud modules based on design requirements - Assist in designing, documenting, and testing technical enhancements to Cloud, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEW) - Lead regular project status meetings for your team and actively participate in project status and/or issues meetings Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry working directly with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications - Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud lead in at least 3 full life cycle implementations - Familiarity with Multi-Org setup (Set of books, legal entities, operating units) - Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with excellent analytical abilities - Ability to resolve problems effectively and in a timely manner, involving project managers and executive management when necessary Please email your resume to careers@infovity.com if you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity.
