Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to manage the creation and submission of Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs) within Oracle Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate communication of shipment details to align with business and supply chain requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and manage ASNs (Advance Shipment Notices) in Oracle Cloud SCM based on purchase orders and shipping schedules and Supplier s documents.
Ensure all shipment information is accurate, including item details, quantities, delivery dates, packing information, and carrier data.
Collaborate with suppliers, buyers, and logistics teams to confirm shipment readiness and resolve ASN-related discrepancies.
Monitor ASN submission timelines to support on-time delivery and system compliance.
Validate system data against physical shipment documents and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications:

Understanding of supply chain processes, logistics documentation, and ASN requirements.
Detail-oriented with strong data entry and validation skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities across departments.

Ability to troubleshoot basic system or data entry issues in Oracle.
