Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Operations Specialist with 6-9 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle BRM and be able to manage customer, business, and user needs.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and identify changing customer, business, and user needs.
Develop and implement strategies to meet these needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and support.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Oracle BRM and related technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
