Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex
Oracle BI Publisher reports
and
HCM Extracts
within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Build and manage
data models
ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Create and maintain
custom report templates
and layouts based on business and user requirements.
Write and optimize
SQL queries
for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Collaborate with
HRIS teams, business analysts, and HR stakeholders
to translate business requirements into robust reporting solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy
HCM Extracts
to integrate HR data with downstream systems.
Ensure reports and extracts comply with
Core HR processes, configurations, and best practices
.
Utilize knowledge of
Pod alignment
within Oracle Core HR to ensure consistency across environments.
Document all report designs, data models, and configurations following internal standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance, data validation, and extract processes.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years
of hands-on experience in
Oracle BI Publisher
,
HCM Extract development
, and
report design
.
Strong proficiency in
SQL
for data modeling and reporting.
Deep knowledge of
Core HR domain
, processes, and data structures.
Familiarity with
Pod alignment
and environment configurations in Oracle Core HR.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently in a
remote, fast-paced environment
.

Education & Certifications

Bachelors degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
.
Oracle HCM Cloud
or
BI Publisher
certification preferred.
