Position: OPT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Experience: 3+ Years Shift: Night Shift Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned OPT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT staffing, specifically in sourcing and placing OPT, CPT, H1B, and GC candidates. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the US recruitment process, and the ability to work during night shifts aligning with US time zones. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates on F1-OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, H1B Transfers, GC, and US Citizens for various IT positions. Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical competencies. Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and ensure timely submissions. Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is current and accurate. Stay updated with the latest US immigration laws and ensure compliance during the recruitment process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment, focusing on OPT and H1B candidates. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to work night shifts. Benefits: Competitive salary package.
