As an Operations Staff (Van pickup and delivery) at this company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Route wise loading of shipments with proper tally - Delivering shipments to the right customers - POD/FOD/DOD/COD process - Following the delivery run sheet - Ensuring proper status code for undelivered shipments - Meeting the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) and achieving Service Quality (SQ) targets - Handing over COD/DOD/FOD on the same day - Handing over undelivered shipments to the supervisor - Appointment delivery process - Maintaining a proper dress code with a customer-centric approach For the pickup aspect of the role, your responsibilities will include: - Following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for pickups - Timely pickup at customer places as per cut off timing - Executing airwaybills - Tallying shipments at customer places as per invoice - Ensuring relevant regulatory paperwork is collected - Maintaining pickup sheet - Checking the condition of packages at the time of pickup - Reaching locations for timely connection As an entry-level Operations Staff, you will be working full-time in Secunderabad, Telangana, India.
