Role Overview: As an Operations Staff for Van pickup and delivery, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the delivery and pickup operations to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling. Key Responsibilities: - Route wise loading of shipments with proper tally - Delivering shipments to the right customers - Handling POD/FOD/DOD/COD processes and maintaining delivery run sheet - Ensuring proper status codes for undelivered shipments - Meeting Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) and achieving Service Quality (SQ) targets - Handing over COD/DOD/FOD on the same day to the supervisor - Implementing appointment delivery process - Adhering to proper dress code with a customer-centric approach Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with standard operating procedures for pickup and delivery operations - Ability to adhere to cut off timings for timely pickups at customer locations - Proficiency in executing airwaybills and maintaining shipment tallies - Knowledge of relevant regulatory paperwork collection procedures - Attention to detail in checking the condition of packages during pickup - Punctuality in reaching locations for timely connections,
