Job Description

As an Operational Manager at Dentsu, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the ongoing and operational management of the Semarchy Platform. You will work closely with the DevOps team to ensure that Semarchy is a robust and scalable solution. Your key areas of focus will include platform management, release management, support of BAU Semarchy applications, management of BAU Semarchy resources, and user management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement best practice Microsoft Azure services to ensure Semarchy is robust and scalable. - Collaborate with DevOps for platform management best practices. - Manage all Semarchy environments to ensure synchronization (dev, test, prod, pre-prod, etc.). - Develop a robust backup strategy for Semarchy applications and databases. - Establish a reliable release management process for Semarchy applications in compliance with JSOX requirements. - Execute quarterly and yearly platform upgrades effectively while proactively managing stakeholders and Dentsu environment teams. - Manage incoming change requests and incidents for BAU Semarchy applications. - Proactively communicate with BAU stakeholders and MDM Domain Leads. - Coordinate with the Dentsu Service Management team to handle support tickets and ensure their timely resolution. - Implement a user management process that complies with JSOX requirements. - Generate metrics reports through Power BI for non-functional elements such as platform reliability, uptime, user usage, and resource performance. - Collaborate with globally distributed colleagues and clients, adapting to multiple time zones. - Contribute to the development of reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices at Dentsu. - Mentor team members to foster growth and development. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of technology implementation experience in enterprise data management. - 5+ years of service management experience. - Proficiency with Agile methodologies, release management processes, master data management, and enterprise data management concepts. - Hands-on experience with relational design concepts, cloud services, DevOps technologies, and user acceptance testing. - Strong SQL skills and customer service orientation. - Excellent client management, communication, presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a complex, geographically dispersed, and matrixed team environment. - Willingness to travel up to 25% when necessary.
