OPS Customer Support

We are looking to hire a OPS Customer Support for our Robotics clients. The role is responsible for end to end customer onboarding. From the first Kickoff meeting to the day the client goes live, you’ll guide clients through every step, keep the project on track, and make sure their team has all the documentation needed for deployment. Once the onboarding is complete, you’ll hand the account over to our support team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for onboarding of new customers
• Create all new customer accounts, folders, onboarding materials
• Assist Customer Support team with deployment and training scheduling
• Facilitate communication between Sales team, Operations Team, and New Customers

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative, HR, accounting, or audit support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting/HR systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Process improvement mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
