Communicate with candidates about employer information and benefits during the screening process over the phone after taking their consent for processing their resume.

Perform phone interviews with candidates upon required parameters for the role before recommending candidate profiles to the account manager.

Share vacancy details with candidates before sharing the profile to the account manager and follow up on acknowledgement of such communication.

Ensure delivery of assignments with quality resumes within set TAT (Turnaround Time).

Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates upon receipt of feedback from client on resumes shared.

Share interview details with candidates and interview schedule with account manager upon confirmation of interview schedule as per client availability. Maintain constant interview follow-ups and rapport building with candidates to ensure attendance as per schedule.

Perform reference and background checks as and when required.

Upon selection of candidate, follow up on required documents for further process as per client requirement, negotiate offer if required by client, and maintain a relationship with the candidate until joining, taking regular feedback even after joining.

Prepare MIS reports as per company requirement.
