Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Reconciliation

• Perform

  daily revenue reconciliation

  for cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
• Investigate and resolve mismatches or discrepancies in revenue reports.
• Coordinate with operations and the customer to ensure timely resolution of reconciliation issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all reconciled items.

General Accounting

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including journal vouchers, ledgers, and adjustments.
• Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts in line with accounting standards.
• Support vendor and customer reconciliations as needed.

Accrual Accounting & Month-End Closing

• Prepare and post accruals, provisions, and other adjusting entries.
• Assist in

  month-end closing activities

  , ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, IPCC in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in revenue reconciliation or general accounting (or similar role).
• Strong knowledge of

  accrual accounting principles

  .
• Proficiency with accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
