Job Description

JD for E-commerce Operations Executive/ E-commerce Ops - Khar (W) - 2mins from Station

Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management on the platform.
Work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns.
Planning and ensuring that our products are never out of stock on any portal.
Manage relationships with online seller partners and vendors.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, customer service) to streamline operations.
Track and analyze operational performance, resolving issues proactively.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for?

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Educational Qualifications Graduate in any field
Experience - 2 - 4 years in E- commerce operations.
Knowledge of online portal like Amazon, Flipkart Quick Commerce will be added advantage marketplaces.
Strong knowledge of platform-specific tools and dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.).
Excel is preferred - Pivotal charts, V- Lookup

Will be working at our HO in Khar west - 2 min walk from the Station.

Location

Salary Range

30K to 35K (Depends upon the candidate)
