Key Responsibilities

• Operate Kiln, Raw Mill, and related equipment from the Central Control Room (CCR).
• Monitor plant parameters, make necessary adjustments to maintain stable operations.
• Ensure efficient operation of Pyro section, including preheater, kiln, cooler, and related auxiliaries.
• Maintain Raw Mill operations within defined process and quality standards.
• Coordinate with field operators for smooth and safe running of equipment.
• Respond promptly to operational upsets; troubleshoot and optimize process conditions.
• Record plant data, prepare daily operational reports, and communicate deviations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environment, and quality protocols.
• Assist in shutdown/start-up activities and maintain process discipline.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related discipline).

• Experience:

  Minimum

  5 years of experience

  as a CCR Operator in a cement plant.

• Technical Skills:

• Practical knowledge of Kiln, Raw Mill, and Pyro-processing circuits.
• Familiarity with process parameters, control logic, and DCS operations.
• Ability to identify abnormalities and respond effectively.
