Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operator at West Values Industries Ltd., located in Rajkot. The Operator will handle the daily operations of manufacturing machinery, including setting up, monitoring, and maintaining equipment to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include adhering to safety protocols, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining accurate production records. Qualifications Experience in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and machinery Knowledge of quality control processes and tools in a production environment Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with industrial safety standards Technical skills in CNC machining, casting, or related manufacturing processes Attention to detail, effective time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is an asset Previous experience in the automotive, energy, or related industries is advantageous
