• Developing Timelines & Schedules: Create detailed project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and that the project progresses according to plan.

• Managing Quality, Time, and Cost: Oversee project resources to ensure that it stays within budget, on schedule, and meets quality standards.

• Overseeing Work: Supervise all tasks and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to objectives and standards.

• Identifying & Managing Stakeholders: Recognize key stakeholders and manage relationships effectively, keeping them informed and aligned with the project’s goals.

• Closing the Project: Ensure all project objectives are met and formally close the project, documenting outcomes and lessons learned.
