Job Description: You will be responsible for setting and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to manufacture precision components based on technical drawings and specifications. Your duties will include monitoring machine operations, making tool adjustments, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, you will be required to perform timely maintenance on machines, troubleshoot any issues, and maintain production efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Set and operate VMC machines to produce precision components - Monitor machine operations and make necessary tool adjustments - Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications - Maintain production efficiency while following safety protocols - Perform timely maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in setting and operating VMC machines and interpreting technical drawings - Experience in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges - Strong knowledge of CNC programming basics and tool selection - Understanding of production processes, material handling, and machine maintenance - Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance - Ability to work collaboratively with a team and follow safety practices - Relevant certification in machining or mechanical engineering is preferred - Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous,
